This is a super quick sneak peak to introduce little baby "M". He was such a fun newborn to pose and photograph... he even smiled on cue. I will be posting more soon, but just wanted to share a quick one from this morning's newborn session.
Finally... A Baby Girl! | Upland Newborn Photographer
Little Baby "A" arrived a few weeks early as a sweet Valentine's gift for her mommy and daddy on February 14th. After having two adorable little boys, they were so excited to find out this one is a girl! At just 5 days old, Baby "A" was so snuggly and fun for me to photograph. I just love the images with her big brothers. They really love her, but like most little boys, have a short attention span and are quickly distracted by something more fun and engaging. :) "R" family, I enjoyed photographing your daughter and feel honored to be able to document your family's growth with each new baby. Thanks for including me all these years. Congratulations, again, on your beautiful little girl!
An Inspiring Photographer.
Joyce Smith is such an inspirational photographer and a leader in the industry. I have learned so much from her and I appreciate her willingness to share her insights and experience with other children's portrait photographers. She also has some exciting news on her blog, so if you are a fellow children's photographer, head over there and check it out! http://joycesmithblog.com/
The Long-Awaited Baby Girl | Upland Maternity Photographer
Kelly is such a radiant, gorgeous pregnant woman! I can't even believe that she will have her baby in ONE week! (I can only hope to look that good when I am about to have a baby!) After two boys Kelly was thrilled to find out her third baby is a girl! Kelly is an amazing mom to her two boys and I am sure she will be an incredible mother to her little girl. I have known and photographed Kelly and her family for several years and it is so much fun for me to see her kids grow. She is also an amazing decorator and her nursery is a dream! I had to include some detail shots of the nursery to show off her talent. I can't wait to come back soon and meet your little one and to take her newborn photos. See you soon!

Hello 2010!
Looking back at 2009 has reminded me what is most important in my life. Regardless of what happens throughout the year, with the day-to-day ups and downs, what matters most are the people in my life and the relationships we share. I have some really amazing people that I get to walk through life with and I am exceedingly grateful for them. Some of those wonderful people allowed me to be a part of their lives through photography. This slideshow includes an image from *almost* every session I shot in 2009. Thank you for the honor of inviting me into your lives. I am excited to see what 2010 has in store!
