Celebrating the home they've made in Los Angeles, these Southerners wanted to capture this special time in their lives to include a view of the city they've come to love. I could not have been more excited to document this maternity session with a view of the Los Angeles skyline as seen from The Griffith Observatory. Though this was our first meeting, we became fast friends chatting about our shared love of international travel and our experiences living in the south. You two were so kind to me and your southern hospitality really shone through. I am thrilled for you as you are just weeks away from the arrival of your little one. I can't wait to document the next stage of your journey with newborn portraits as soon as your baby is here.
It was a little bit overcast and chilly on this morning, but we still had a breathtaking view of the Los Angeles skyline. I truly feel so lucky to call this city my home and to be able to photograph other people who love it as much as I do.
